This didn’t solve my problem. This product does a credible job of expanding the lower orafice but doesn’t provide any improvement higher up in the passageway. Since my problem is in the middle, this product didn’t provide any benefit for me.

Was hopeful this would work but very uncomfortable in the nose, despite my not having an aversion to such a device. Waste of money.

When my wife, three weeks in a row, says I am snoring less and not as loudly; it must be true! She says there’s a big difference. Also, I started with the medium size which (some nights) slipped out of my nose. On those nights, my wife always said I was snoring loudly! I started to see a pattern! If the Brez stayed in, my snoring was greatly diminished! Since switching to the larger size, Brez always stays secure all night. And, I can’t hardly feel it! This product works well for me. And when my wife is happier, I am happier! The only issue is these small little “nose things” are far too pricey! You only get a 14 day supply.

I snore quite badly, so I’ve tried a variety of different methods of reducing my snoring and improving my sleep. I originally got the small version, but they were way to small so I ordered the large version. However, the large version were difficult to get to seat properly in my nasal passages and didn’t seem to provide any extra breathing capacity once I did get the product installed. In my opinion, way too hard to use and there are better products out there like the Breath Right strips.
