I use this mask when I am listening to binaural beat sounds through headphones and I need to block out the day light so that I may send my brain into a alpha/theta brain wave state. Bravo! The mask works fine… See you in the Theta Dream State………..

Great product, pretty and smells minty for a while. It does fall off at night and I have it fastened at its snuggest point. I wish it had not become so loose, but I still really like it.

I’m a light sleeper and this is dark and comfortable and really does work in blocking the light. Love it!

I’m so glad I gave this mask a try, I’ve tried all kinds, silk, blended cotton, polyester, etc, this one by far is the best, it’s bigger than I expected. Covers all light from peeking in, I don’t have to constantly adjust like others, this is soft and keeps my face cool, does not smash my eyes since I wear night eye creams. Love the adjustable straps. The scent is not strong at all, goes away after a week. Love this mask. Can’t sleep without it…literally.

I bought this really, for nap time. I have trouble getting all the light out of my room during the day… The thing worked so well for me (I’m not sure how or why this started), however, that I also began wearing it at night! You really have to try it to believe what I’m saying, but this thing makes absolute darkness (or what you thought was absolute, totally and completely black), even darker! I really think I fall asleep faster at night because of this silly little mask here. Bingo, bango, I’m asleep like someone whacked me up (or down in this case) with a drug! This is a product that everyone should consider making part of his or her medicine cabinet, or wherever one stores these sorts of things!
