It doesn’t knock me out or produce a “druggy” effect like the various PMs. Also, I haven’t noticed any lingering effects the morning after. But it does help me relax when I’m having trouble sleeping. I only take it now and then, however; I’m not sure if it would continue to work if I took it more frequently.
