I ordered Estroven PM and Estroven Max, and the PM seems to be helping with sleep. I would buy it again, and would recommend it thus far. Not sure about the Estroven Max just yet.

I was looking for a non-prescription way to relieve hot flashes, night sweats and restless sleep. Estroven PM works great. After being on it for about 6 months, I stopped, and realized just how much it was helping. Now that I’m back on it regularly, I am feeling much better.
