Please stay away from this product. It’s a gimic that you would see on late night T.V. and is a waste of your money. As previous reviewes mentioned, loud snoring is indicitave of more severe problems and should not be taken lightly. OSA can cause high blood pressure, memory problems and sexual disfunction along with numerous and more severe issues if left untreated. If you have a problem enough to purchase this product or even consider it then that’s enough clue to see a doctor…it could save your life!

WOW, less than 33 bucks for a way to better fragment sleep! If you snore, it’s indicative of a problem. No spray, pill, or glorified dog collar is going to stop this. See a doctor and let the doctor know you have sleep problems. People that snore are 30% more likely to have a stroke. It can also be an indication of a more serious problem called Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. Ask your spouse/partner if you stop breathing or your breathing pauses during sleep and let your doctor know if this is the case!

Loud snoring, especially when punctuated with sudden snorts is a clear indication of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a potentially deadly heath condition. The snoring occurs because as you fall into deep sleep, the muscles in the neck and throat relax and allow various narrow air passages to collapse and totally block you air intake. Your brain then recognizes an increase in blood carbon dioxide and signals to wake you up, often with a startling snort. You then fall back asleep and repeat the cycle. You never get restful deep sleep and suffer the consequential health problems.
This device makes sure you never get the sleep you need, if it works at all for you. This device will compound your health problem or kill you. You are much better off to see a doctor. OSA is a serious health problem that is not help by this poorly conceived device.

I’m disgusted at all the products out there that claim to cure snoring.
Most people with SLEEP APNEA have not been diagnosed. This product will actually make you sleep WORSE even though you may make less noise. I complained of fatigue, snoring, and finally memory problems before a doctor FINALLY ordered a sleep study. I was SHOCKED by the results. They record your brain waves. My sleep was being interrupted over and over (every one to three minutes)all night and I couldn’t get through all the sleep stages. Sleep apnea deprives your brain of oxygen all night and gradually damages your brain!
My oxygen level was so low while I slept that if I met the standard for needing supplimental oxygen!
I DID NOT want to go to my sleep study and I almost cancelled it. But I knew I needed knee surgery within one or two years, and thank God I knew that anesthesia is dangerous if you have sleep apnea and don’t know it. So I forced myself and had it done. The sleep study was not that bad! Don’t be afraid to go!
Wearing a CPAP mask is not that bad! I had to swith to a different type, but now I actually feel funny without it! And by the way- I NEVER snore any more.

My husband’s snoring was fierce! We had tried the strips, sprays, pillows, tennis balls—everything! Our doctor told us his condition couldn’t be corrected with surgery. When it was at it’s worse, he would sleep on the opposite side of the house, on another level, with closed doors and I still could hear him. We bought this without having high hopes. It actually worked!! We were amazed! I recommend this to anyone who has a snoring spouse!
