I am not a chemist or pharmacist, so I won’t go into the complexities of GABA products. “Somatomax” comes in granular form with a ton of aspartame mixed in to make it drinkable. There is also a fizzy tablet formulation that produces an icky-looking and equally icky tasting sludge that is harder to drink, but without the aspartame, which is an excitotoxin and not particularly good for you. Either formulation is pretty tough to drink, and I am unconvinced of the actual benefits. It will however, convey a distinct buzz to the user, and like an ethanol buzz, can affect your judgement, so I do not recommend operating machinery or driving while you are under the influence of this stuff. Its effect is very dose-related; higher doses will produce a mild form of inebriation. I crashed my motorcycle the morning after a big drink of this stuff; I did not realize I was still a bit tipsy. I avoided a serious injury, did $1,000 dollars worth of damage to the bike, and made a resolution to avoid any similar goofs in the future. So be careful if you buy and use this; it can produce effects similar to GHB.

Somatomax is a unique product that has VERY mixed reviews online. There are many that acknowledge that it is just a costly version of a mixture of supplements. YET, I would argue that everybody that tries the product will notice immediate effects. I cannot attest to the claims that it reports, but I do know that there is a noticeable effect of relaxation that changes your entire sleeping and wake habits. I highly recommend that people try Somatomax if only for the relaxation factor.

This product works well, but you may need to follow the directions on the package and not use the full scoop the first time. Arrived in a timely manner. I will order again.
