   I have used them for about a year, and when I have insomnia, 1-3 under the tongue really do help me drift off. No grogginess, I wake up easy. I also like this company’s Calms Forte. I have turned others onto their products and have heard positive results.

   all natural. no side effects. Takes the edge off stress in the daytime. also allows you to sleep comfortably and relaxed taken at night. great product. also good price. no complaints.
