This worked but it wore out fast. I have to buy 2 or 3 each year.

I ordered the incorrect headgear. I called to return it and was told to send it back and they would exchange it for the correct one. It has been weeks and I have called twice and have not yet received my replacement headgear. Their products may be good but their customer service is seriously lacking.
