This is the same product as Sominex (diphenilhydramine), or Benadryl for that matter. Helps me, and is a bunch cheaper than Sominex.

This Product is a great price. The only thing that I don’t like about it, it takes about an hour for it to kick in for me, so I have to take it while I’m still studying or doing something else while it’s basically shutting me down.
All in All, this product does help with sleeping difficulties and I would buy.
