At first it’s a little uncomfortable, but so was getting poked by my wife to stop snoring every night! It has completely stop my snoring.

The first time I molded it, is pushed my jaw too far forward and it hurt too much to use. So after a few days I was able to re-mold it with my jaw in a more natural position. After that, less jaw and tooth pain and still no snoring.

So when you mold this the first time, don’t stick you jaw TOO far forward.

Overall, as I said, it may have saved my marriage!

I don’t know how accurate this review is because this item was purchased by for my husband, who snores and wakes me up 4-5 ime a night. I finally got him to try the snore guard last night and he had it in his mouth for about 2 minutes before he pulled it out and said it was a, and I quote, “drool catcher.”. So, I stuck some ear plugs in my ears and that seemed to do the trick. I was really hoping this would help because over the years his snoring has gotten so much worse, but no such luck!

Good product to see if this will work.

Not for long term use, but will work well to to see effective.
