Wow, what a difference! My wife say her back does not hurt in the morning anymore and that is what really matters. The previous reviews that warn of a smell that must be aired out must have been a different formula than what they are making now. There was absolutely no smell and we used it the night we got it. <br /> <br />I definitely notice a huge difference in my comfort level at bedtime and when I wake up, I see I have not been changing positions all night like before. I priced these things out and comparable products were hundreds more and I am sure not any different. As to the density - well, all I can say is this is a high quality product and you should not believe or even pay attention to the previous review by someone who DID NOT EVEN BUY THE THING!
