Tylenol PM is a non-aspirin pain reliever and fever reducer that includes a mild sleep aid as well. This is the medication of choice in our house when we come down with colds, fever, headaches, or muscle pains and need a good nights sleep. I like that this can be taken on an empty stomach (unlike aspirin) because sometimes when you are not feeling well, it is hard to force food down just so you can take medicine. The sleep aid is very gental and does not leave me with a “hungover” feeling in the morning.

As with most medications, always concerned with long term consequences if used over a prolonged period of time. I have experienced no ‘dependency’ even after continuous use for the past two years. Have no reservations in recommending this product.
